Personal Data Protection Policy

Any personal data provided is processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing and only for the period required. Data subjects are entitled at any time to request access to their personal data, its correction, or to exercise any other rights granted to them by law. We process personal data only in cases where you voluntarily provide it to us.

Consent and Limited Use

You provide your personal and company data (email address, first and last name, address, phone number, etc.) entirely voluntarily. By providing this data and consenting to its processing, you also agree that the data may be collected, processed, and used for the purposes of communication, contact management, protection of our legitimate business interests—particularly for the security and administration of the controller’s IT systems—or for the possible enforcement of legitimate claims against you, direct marketing, or other purposes specified by you.

The data will not be collected, processed, or used for any other purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect from the moment of withdrawal.

Personal data will be processed in electronic form by automated means or in printed form by non-automated means for a period of three years.

How We Handle Personal Data, for What Purpose We Process It, and How Long We Retain It

Data Necessary for Completing and Delivering an Order

Ordering goods:
When placing an order, the customer provides billing and delivery details, including contact information such as an email address and phone number. We require this data to process and deliver the order.

Shipping companies:
To deliver the goods to you, we provide the shipping company with your first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address. The shipping company does not use your data for any other purpose.

Payment gateway:
For payment methods such as “bank transfer” or “card payment,” we use a payment gateway to which we provide your email address in case it is necessary to inform you about an unsuccessful payment. The payment gateway does not use your data for any other purpose.

Other Processed Data

E-shop forms:
We use various forms on our e-shop, such as a Contact Form. In these forms, we require only the data necessary, for example, to communicate with you. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

Customer registration:
Users may register at any time. Registration simplifies the purchasing process (billing and delivery details are automatically pre-filled). However, purchasing goods on the e-shop is not conditional upon registration.

E-shop platform:
The programming and technical maintenance of our e-shop are provided by an external service provider who has access to data stored in the database. This data is used solely for purposes necessary for operating the e-shop. The platform provider does not use your data for any other purpose.

Marketing purposes:
We use the services of an email marketing platform provider (newsletter, automation). Marketing emails are sent based on your consent or our legitimate interest. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the link in the footer of the newsletter or by sending an email to info@vizardi.eu. The platform provider is contractually bound not to share the obtained data with any third parties.

Retention Period of Personal Data

Personal data is processed for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (for a maximum of three years after the termination of the contractual relationship) or until consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn in writing and delivered to the seller, either by post or electronically to info@vizardi.eu

Right of Access and Public Overview of Personal Data Processing Procedures

Upon request, we will inform you in writing, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, whether we store any of your personal data and, if so, which personal data it is. In addition, in accordance with applicable laws, you have the right to request, for example, the correction, restriction of processing, or deletion of such personal data. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

The controller is entitled to amend these terms and information unilaterally. The new version of the Personal Data Protection Policy will be published on its website and will also be sent to your email address provided to the controller.

Data Security

The controller undertakes to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access or loss. The controller declares that only authorized persons, who are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data, will have access to such data.

The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage systems and personal data maintained in paper form.

Final Provisions

By submitting an order through the online store, you confirm that you have familiarized yourself with the Personal Data Protection Policy and fully agree to it. The controller reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version of the policy is published on the controller’s website.
