NEDES, s.r.o. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its websites in accordance with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technologies in Public Administration and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on ITVS”), and the relevant implementing regulations.

This website is partially compliant with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on ITVS and the relevant implementing regulations due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-Accessible Content

  • Some elements of the website may not fully meet accessibility requirements. In particular:
  • Form field labels are not always clearly associated with their descriptions (WCAG 1.3.1).
  • Registration of visually impaired users is not possible directly through the customer section – registration takes place only during the order creation process (WCAG 3.3.3 – Error Suggestion).
  • Video recordings do not include captions (WCAG 1.2.2).
  • The product contact form located under the “Need advice?” tab includes a security feature that is not accessible to visually impaired users. For this reason, such users may use standard contact channels to communicate with the e-shop operator.

We are working on eliminating these shortcomings in upcoming website updates.
